Campbell County Public Library would like to invite children ages 5 and up to the “Paws to Read” program. Paws to Read is a very simple concept. Children read to “Roxy the Library Dog” in a positive nonthreatening and fun environment. Roxy listens and doesn’t tease, laugh or joke at the child. Many children have already benefited from the program and the opportunity to read to such a non-critical, caring listener!
Beginning in February 2012, children can come to the Timbrook library every Monday from 3:30 ~ 4:30 and read to Roxy. This program is free of charge and is open to the public.
Registration is not required to attend Paws to Read.
