$1 Interlibrary Loan Postage Offset Required as of 9/1/2009

Due to increasing postage costs and declining revenues,
the Campbell County Public Library System will begin
requiring a $1 postage contribution for every fulfilled
Interlibrary Loan (ILL), beginning September 1, 2009.
Each loan usually costs the library $4 to complete, so the
$1 contribution still only covers a fourth of our costs.
Library patrons will pay the $1 offset when they pick up
their ILL. Library patrons will be responsible for the $1
offset if they cancel an ILL after it has already been
shipped.
The CCPLS remains dedicated to customer service and
obtaining information for its patrons.
